This website is operated by Advanced Projects & Cleaning Services, an industrial high-pressure water jetting and equipment rental company established in 1999, with its principal place of business at 31 Circuit Road, Westmead, Pinetown, 3608, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Equipment rental rates, service call-out fees, and project pricing are provided as estimates only. A formal written quotation will be issued following receipt of your enquiry and assessment of your specific requirements. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Enquiries and Communications

When you submit an enquiry, rental configuration request, or any form through this website, you consent to being contacted by Advanced Projects & Cleaning Services in connection with your request. We may contact you by telephone, email, or WhatsApp.

5. Equipment Rental

Equipment hire is subject to separate rental terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. The following general conditions apply to all rental enquiries made through this website:

• Equipment availability is subject to confirmation and is not guaranteed until a written booking confirmation has been issued.
• The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is operated only by suitably trained and competent personnel in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation.
• Any damage to or loss of rental equipment during the hire period is the responsibility of the hirer.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse any rental request at our sole discretion.

6. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

Our operations are conducted in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and all applicable South African health, safety, and environmental legislation. Clients engaging our services are required to provide a safe working environment and to comply with all applicable site safety requirements.

High-pressure water jetting involves significant hazards. Only trained, competent operators may use our equipment. We accept no liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from improper or unsafe use of equipment or services.

7. Use of This Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to:
